Dunkertons Cider accepts no responsibility for vehicles left on site, you may do so but at your own risk.

Where can I buy Dunkertons Cider?
You can buy our ciders directly from our website or our Pembridge or Cheltenham shop. Waitrose and Sainsburys also stock our Black Fox cider.

Yes, you can order our ciders online from our website and have them delivered directly to your door.
Tour Experiences
How long does the tour last?
Between about an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes, depending on the size of the group and the number of questions they ask
Will everything I am offered to eat and drink on the tour be organic?
Yes.
Does the tour involve much walking and/or climbing?
The tour includes a walk around the site of about 300 meters but there are no steps or climbs involved.
How much cider will I be offered to drink on the tour?
About two pints You will be offered half a pint on arrival and several different ciders making up to about a pint during the cheese pairing session. There will also be tastes of ciders in different stages of production in the cidery. There is, of course, no obligation to drink all of this! Drink Aware.
Does any part of the tour take place out of doors even in bad weather?
Yes. We suggest you check the weather and dress accordingly.
I have a serious food allergy, what should I do?
Let us know when booking or phone 01242 650145 at least 48 hours before the tour.
I’ve fallen ill and know I won’t be well enough to attend. What should I do?
Phone the office on 01242 650145 as soon as you know you can’t attend, cancellations of less than 48 hours’ notice will result in no refund being issued.
Can I smoke on the tour?
No.
I’ve booked a tour but know I’m going to be late. What should I do?
Phone the office on 01242 650145 or on arrival make your way to the shop and they will ensure you can find your way to join the tour.
I’m driving. What if I want to taste the cider but not drink it?
Tissues and a vessel for disposing of unwanted cider will be provided.
What should I wear on the tour?
Some of the tour takes place out of doors and most of the indoor areas are not heated, so wear suitable clothes for an outdoor visit in the season you are visiting.
Can I take photos or record videos on the tour?
Yes. As many as you like and don’t forget to tag us @dunkertonscider
My English isn’t good. Are you able to provide commentary in my native language?
No, the current tour is only in English.
Why is it recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the actual start of the tour?
We need to keep you safe on the tour by appraising you of fire health and safety arrangements. You will be asked to read and then sign a disclaimer assuring us that you can proceed. This is for your safety and the safety of others.
Are dogs allowed on the tour?
No, and you cannot attend if you bring one.
